LTST - DCSL Championship Meet Initial Details
2024 DCSL CHAMPIONSHIP MEET
Saturday, July 27 - Sunday, July 28
Northgate High School: 425 Castle Rock Road, Walnut Creek
This year, our league championship meet will have a different format compared to past years.
The meet will be a 2-day event, allowing every swimmer age 7+ the opportunity to swim 3 individual events. 6 & under swimmers will swim 2 individual events.
EVENT ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE MADE BY COACH ANDREW.
Las Trampas Swim Team covers the entry fees for our swimmers in this meet.
For the events that are Trials / Finals format: Swimmers who place 1st-10th in Trials will advance to Championship Finals. Swimmers who place 11th-20th in Trials will advance to Consolation Finals.
ESTIMATED Daily Timeline
Warm-ups: TBD. The entire LT team will warm up at the same time.
Morning Session: 9:00 AM - 12:15 PM
Afternoon Session: 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM

LT Team Area Tent + Setup Access
Thanks to LTST fundraising efforts, our team area will once again be professionally tented. A diagram noting the team area will be shared as soon as it is available. Personal pop-up tents are not necessary and should not be brought to the meet. We have a defined team area, and the professional tent will maximize the footprint designated for Las Trampas. Please set up only in our designated team tent. If you wish to bring personal items like chairs on Friday evening, you may do so beginning at 6:00 PM. There will be no access to the team area prior to 6:00 PM. Personal items are left at your own risk.
Please be efficient in our shared space and considerate of fellow LT families.
Meet Program
The meet program will be digital only this year. It will be shared via email in the form of a PDF document on Friday, July 26.

VIP Parking
Daily VIP Parking passes will be sold separately for Saturday and Sunday. The daily passes will be good for both AM and PM sessions and allow in and out privileges. Cost is TBC but estimated at $65 per day. A later email will announce the date and time that VIP Parking Passes go on sale.
Parent Jobs
The parent job assignments for each team are being finalized. All participating families, including families with Star Jobs, should prepare to work a meet job in some capacity. More information about jobs will follow as soon as possible. Thank you for your cooperation - it takes a village to run a swim meet.
