Las Trampas Time Trials at Las Trampas

Time Trials is the first meet of the year. It is an internal meet (no opponent) at Las Trampas, and is your swimmer's opportunity to establish a base time in all of the individual events.

Having a base time in each event is the best way for swimmers to achieve new personal bests, or POPs, throughout the season. Time Trials is also a great dry-run for new swim team families - a way to experience a meet in a slower, non-competitive environment before the competition season begins.

Please note that parking at the neighboring church is NOT available on Sunday morning, May 17th. Please park in the Las Trampas Pool parking lot. If the lot is full, overflow parking is on neighboring streets.

HOME Pool Location: Las Trampas Pool, 640 St Marys Road, Lafayette, CA 94549

  • 8:00 - Parent Job shifts begin. If you are working a Parent Job, see the email from the Parent Job Coordinators for your specific shift time. 
  • 8:15 - Warmups begin (oldest swimmers first) 
  • 9:00 - Meet begins 
  • Estimated end time may be between 2 and 3pm.
