• Email Parent Job Coordinators (Kaitlin Lewis and Kelly Roush at [email protected]) if you have a substitute at least 24 hours in advance.
• Check in with Parent Job Coordinators no later than 5:10 PM on Wednesday meets and 8:40 AM on Saturday meets.  Note some jobs require an earlier check in.
  • Check in requires finding the Parent Job Coordinators on deck (in front of the lifeguard office at LT or on deck at an away meet) and getting your name crossed off the check in list. As there are hundreds of people on deck, you need to find us, we cannot find you.
  • Failure to check in with the Parent Job Coordinators could result in a fine.

Your job is complete when the meet is over. If you do not stay for the entirety of your job (even if the meet is running late), the Fine Policy will apply. The Job Coordinators will not fill your vacant job as a substitute.
