We hope everyone is enjoying the last week of summer! Please read through the information below regarding Awards Night, Coaches Gift, Rumble at LT, Fall Clinic, and other end of season reminders:

Awards Night - Saturday, August 17th - Potluck starts at 6pm!

• Live Scan fingerprinting from 5pm - 6pm - sign-up Here
  • As you may have seen, the LAFSD is introducing new volunteer requirements for the 2024/2025 school year. All on-campus volunteers must now provide: (1) Driver’s license or state-issued ID, (2) TB clearance, and (3) Live Scan fingerprinting. To make the process easier for Seahorse LAFSD parents, we've arranged for a mobile Live Scan Fingerprinting vendor to be available at our swim team Awards Night on August 17th from 5-6pm, just before the festivities begin. Spaces are limited, so sign up soon! 
    
• Potluck starts at 6pm - please sign up Here to contribute a dish!
• Awards night will begin around 6:45pm and conclude with a slide show. Please add pictures here so that all Seahorses are included in the slide show. Pictures must be uploaded by Friday, 8/9!

Coaches Gift

• If you would like to show extra appreciation for our coaches’ time and enthusiasm, please contribute to the annual Coaches Gift. Simply Venmo our team treasurer, Marisa Lynn, via her personal Venmo account @marisa-lynn (phone digits 4038). Please note “Coaches Gift”. We would like to collect all contributions by Friday, 8/16. Thank you!

Fall Clinic

• Fall Clinic Registration will open on Monday, August 12th at 1pm. Please read the program information HERE.

Other End of Season Reminders

• Check out Lost & Found … all items will be donated to charity next week.
• Clear out your family’s folder in the Ribbon Boxes … all remaining items will be discarded after Awards Night.
• As you prepare for the new school year, keep in mind that used used sneakers may be donated to our season-long Sneaker Drive.
• If you made any team-related purchases that were approved for reimbursement, please send your receipts to our LTST Treasurer, Marisa Lynn [email protected].
• If you are interested in getting more involved with LTST in 2025 by taking on a Star Job, please send us a note!
