Hello Las Trampas Families,

All jobs have been assigned for the 2023 LTST season. Please double-check your latest job assignments and note any changes to your original selections. If your family had exactly 25 points, none of your jobs changed. However, if you were above or below the 25 point requirement, we may have dropped or added jobs to even the spread.

Reminder of how to check your assigned jobs:

• Sign in to your Swimtopia account on the LTST.org site (upper-right corner)
• Within the same menu, select “Account”
• Click on your name within your family’s list

We understand that some folks who did not have 25 points were assigned jobs, and that these jobs may not work with their family’s schedule. We appreciate these families finding a substitute to work the job that they cannot, since parents truly are the backbone of our organization through their volunteering and support. The Substitute List

We have received *many* emails regarding the substitute list, and unfortunately we only have 1 or 2 subs on the list at the moment! We will send out the list ASAP to those who have requested it as soon as we can lengthen it! If your family knows of anyone (e.g., high school or college students, interested community members, etc.) who would like to be added to the substitute list, please feel free to send us their information. Coaches’ Lunches

We have attached a list of all families’ dates to bring lunch for our coaches. A few notes:

• We are currently working on how to share everyone’s contact information, so that you can work with the other family with whom you are assigned. Thank you for your patience!
