Hi Seahorse Families - 
Thank you for signing up to participate in the HOX Last Chance Meet, tomorrow 7/23.  

There are nearly 775 swimmers attending this meet.  It's historically very fast, and very fun!  There are about 40 LTST swimmers participating. 

Amy Coombe will be the point of contact on deck tomorrow.  

Timeline:

• Tent setup begins at 1:00PM
• Open warm-ups will be from 1:30-2:30
• 8 and under (only) warm-ups will be from 2:30-2:45
• Meet will start promptly at 3:00PM
• Approximate meet timeline is attached 

Meet Documents 

• Meet program will be posted at www.hoxswim.com by tomorrow morning at 9am.
• Entries list (by name) is attached
• Psych Sheet is attached

Food, beverages and fun:

• Blackhawk Country Club Food and drinks will be available for purchase at Hawk's Nest and a second station near the baby pool (credit card only)
• Kona Shaved Ice food truck will be in the parking lot.
• Airbrush tattoos will be available at the event for purchase via cash or PayPal/Venmo.
• T-shirts:  A limited number of Last Chance t-shirts will be available for purchase for $20. The t-shirts will be located at the bottom of the stairs.
• Elsmore Swim shop will have a pop up shop located at the front entrance with lots of swim gear.

Parking and Gated Community Entrance

• There are 2 gate entrances - East gate will be less congested
  • Main Gate – located off Blackhawk Rd, nearest cross street Maplewood Dr.
  • East Gate – located off Camino Tassajara and cross street Charbray St.

• You will be required to show a valid Driver License when entering the gated community. Let the security guard know you are attending the Last Chance swim meet to gain access.
• Parking may be challenging so plan to arrive early.
